How can I receive my item?
We offer a number of ways. You can opt for Royal Mail first class tracked postage, if you're local delivery in person, or you can collect from one of our events in Tavistock or elsewhere in the Southwest. Check our sister website for details of forthcoming events in the area.
How is my order packaged?
The packaging that we use is all 100% biodegradable or recyclable from the recycled boxes and tins we use to plant-based bio bags. Have look at our Packaging Policy for full information.
Can I add items to my order after I've already checked out?
Possibly. Drop us a message via the Contact Us page and we'll do our best.
How do I return an item?
